To further promote the construction of the company's integrity culture, strengthen the ideological defense line against corruption and degeneration among cadres and employees, and enhance their performance and sense of responsibility, at the start of 2026, the company's headquarters Logistics Center, the Technology Management Center and Youse Guangxi Company carried out integrity training. The training aimed to forge the soul with ideology, clarify discipline with cases, and establish rules with systems, guiding cadres and employees to fasten their "integrity buttons."

Recently, the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce released the "Compilation of Typical Practices in Building Clean Private Enterprises for 2025 (Zhejiang Province)." Huayou Cobalt was successfully selected for this compilation, recognized for its practices and achievements in constructing a clean compliance system, fostering a culture of integrity, and implementing risk prevention and control measures.

Following evaluation by the Enterprise Anti-Fraud Alliance, Huayou Cobalt was honored with the "Integrity Rising Star Award" for its achievements in integrity culture development. Additionally, the company received the "Outstanding Work Award" in the Fourth Enterprise Anti-Fraud Micro-Video Competition and the "Creative Integrity Promotion Award" in the "Show Support for Integrity Slogans" campaign.

Recently, to further advance the construction of the integrity culture and solidify the ideological foundation for ethical professional conduct, the Audit and Supervision Center, in collaboration with the Safety & Environmental Protection Department of the New Materials Industry Group's Guangxi Production Support Center, Huayou Nonferrous Metals (Tongxiang) Company, and Huayou Logistics Services Company, has conducted specialized case-based warning education trainings.
