In 2025, Huayou continued to deepen its commitment to integrity culture building. Through a series of integrity training sessions and themed activities, we have allowed the ethos of integrity to permeate every corner of the workplace and integrated the principles of honesty into every strand of our development. Today, let’s look back on this year’s journey of integrity building together.
Integrity education is never about one-size-fits-all indoctrination but tailored immersion. In 2025, we focused on the needs of different groups and designed tiered and categorized training courses. New employee training laid the foundation with the "First Lesson on Integrity," management training reinforced the "Responsibility Valve," and high-risk department training targeted specific risk points. Throughout the year, we conducted 51 specialized integrity training sessions, covering 5,589 participants, ensuring that integrity awareness takes root from the start of employment and deepens throughout their roles.

Festive periods are critical junctures for integrity risks and important opportunities for education. Ahead of the Dragon Boat Festival, Mid-Autumn Festival, and International Anti-Corruption Day, we leveraged pre-meeting integrity briefings, led by integrity liaisons, to organize thematic education across all departments and teams. A total of 1,225 briefings were conducted, reaching 34,714 participants.

From domestic bases to overseas parks, from online platforms to offline settings, we built a multidimensional integrity promotion network. We shared integrity updates on WeChat public accounts and Huayou Community, making integrity stories accessible anytime. Our official website launched bilingual (Chinese and English) integrity columns, complemented by bilingual integrity posters in Chinese-English and Chinese-Indonesian, while improving overseas reporting channels to explore the internationalization of integrity promotion. To build an "integrity and compliance system with Huayou characteristics, aligned with international standards, and incorporating local wisdom," we visited the Indonesia region and European bases in May and August 2025 to strengthen the supervisory grid. By integrating "training + promotion + supervision," we conducted full-coverage promotional activities and business-audit collaboration forums, tailoring integrity culture to meet local overseas needs.

In collaboration with the Africa Regional Management Headquarters, we adopted a dual-track model of "centralized restitution + educational promotion." Through activities focused on returning improper gains and case-based warning training, we conducted comprehensive integrity training to ensure integrity awareness was heard, understood, and internalized.

Integrity promotion is not only about serious warnings but also about warmth that resonates with daily life. In 2025, we launched an integrity essay contest, encouraging employees to share their reflections on integrity in their roles. Thirty outstanding essays were selected and awarded cash prizes, turning each submission into a vehicle for positive energy.
During International Anti-Corruption Day, we launched a three-month campaign for the centralized restitution of improper gains, giving employees the opportunity to proactively correct risks. We also partnered with Xiangpiaopiao to organize the integrity co-building event. Activities like milk tea giveaways, knowledge quizzes, on-site check-ins, and pledge recordings allowed employees to deepen their understanding of integrity culture in a relaxed and interactive environment.

In 2025, with diverse activities and solid initiatives, we integrated integrity culture into corporate management and employees’daily lives. In 2026, we will continue to explore new "Integrity+" models, deepening the integration of integrity with business operations and aligning it with cultural resonance. We aim to make a clean and upright corporate environment the solid foundation for Huayou’s high-quality development.
The path to integrity may be long, but perseverance will lead us there; the commitment to honesty may be challenging, but action will ensure success. Let us join hands, with integrity as our sail and honesty as our helm, to collectively foster a clean and upright corporate environment.
