On February 9, 2023, Qin Rupei, Member of the Party Leadership Group of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Secretary of the Party Committee of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, visited Huayou Guangxi to investigate the situation of Guangxi Li-ion Battery Project. Wang Haitao, President of Zhejiang Huayou Holding Group, Liu Zhaoheng, Vice President of Zhejiang Huayou Holding Group, Liu Xiuqing, Vice President of Guangxi Huayou New Material Industry Group and General Manager of Huayou Guangxi, warmly received them and reported work to them.
Qin Rupei and his delegation went to the workshop to check the situation of production and operation. Then they went to the project construction site to check on the construction progress. At the construction site, Qin Rupei fully inquired about the practical difficulties in development, and urged Huayou Guangxi to accelerate the construction of major projects. At the construction site of the Lithium Salt Mine Project, Qin Rupei had a talk with Li Chengjun, the person in charge of Guangxi Huayou Lithium Salt Mine Project about the project construction plan, the production capacity, output value, energy consumption, etc.
After hearing the reports, Qin Rupei fully affirmed the progress of construction and the achievements of the Li-ion Battery Park Project. Qin Rupei said that it has been more than half a year since his last visit to the Li-ion Battery Project, which has undergone tremendous changes. Seeing that many production lines have been put into operation, he was thrilled with the development speed of the park. Although the park at present has an increasingly solid foundation, Huayou Guangxi still needs to coordinate the resources of all parties, plan accurately to overcome difficulties and speed up the construction of the project. He also said that the new energy industry is currently in a new stage of rapid development with intense market competition and many uncertain factors. Enterprises should lose no time in making plans to achieve the construction goal, put into production, reach the production capacity, form a complete industrial chain in the park, drive the development of related industries, and seize the new energy highland. He encouraged enterprises to adhere to the principle of "taking policy as the leader, project as the center, environment as the basis and innovation as the key", anchor the goal, apply all available policy measures, unleash all potential, work hard, go all out and "start fast" to make a good and stable start in the first quarter of 2023!
Cai Zhenjun, Second-level Inspector of the General Office of the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Zhong Dechao, Chief Planner of the Natural Resources Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Tang Xu, Deputy Director of the Statistics Bureau of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, Shi Hongyan, Vice Mayor of Yulin City and Member of the Party Leadership Group of Yulin Municipal People's Government, and Wang Li, Deputy Secretary of Yulin Longtan Industrial Park Working Committee and Deputy Director of Yulin Longtan Industrial Park Management Committee, accompanied the investigation.
